ePortfolio strategy post

I am learning how solve family of facts problems, e.g. 63 ÷ 9 = 9 x __ = 63

Complete the following:

4X7 =28
7X4 =28
7÷4 =28
 28÷4=7

45 ÷9=5
49÷5=9
9X5=45
 5X9=45

What are the family of facts for the following 3 numbers: 8, 3, 24
6 X4= 24
8 X 3= 24
8÷ 3=24
6 ÷4=24

I LIKE THE WAY THAT
I know the strategy correctly, and know where the numbers belong.

MY NEXT STEP IS TO
TRY TO DO BIGGER NUMBERS WITH THE SAME STRATEGY.

E-Portfolio: most or less knowledge post.

WALT show our understanding of the number 1, 10, 100 and
1000 more or less. (Level 3 Knowledge)

While learning new routines, we have been consolidating our knowledge
of 1, 10, 100 and 1000 more or less.

3,842 + 100 = 3,942
9,387 - 1000 = 1387 Check
8,237 + 10 =8,247
2,473 - 100 =2,573 Check
3,902 + 1 =3,903
3,492 + 1000 =4,492

Here is a photo of some of the work I have done in my group:

I LIKE THE WAY I CAN ADD WITHOUT USING MY FINGERS AND HOW I KNOW
IT OF BY HEART.

MY NEXT GOAL IN MATHS IS TO LEARN ABOUT DECIMALS

Groupings to 1000

I think I'm doing well in maths because their are now 2 people around to help me, so that now means I can get my work done faster and I am not wondering around in the creative cave.
I think I still need to work on questions like:1000-429=
I think I am getting really good at multiplication because I know 1, 2, 3, 9, 11, 7 time tables and last year I didn't know how to do time tables at all.

Maths week

We got told to do chalk art. To create a cool flower with a lot of patterns,  I did this chalk art with Kaylee, it turned out so pretty but when we took a picture it came with a ! and a triangle so we thought when we went inside it would go back to wifi but certainly not.Sorry this picture is not a good picture of our chalk art but this is a picture of our wet chalk art.
This is what we managed to make in the activity called marble run.I did marble run with Jessica, Lauran, Kaylee, Brooke, Sarah, Rachel and myself. We were told to make the longest and biggest marble run and this marble run actually worked because we all worked together as a team.
This is what Kaylee and I managed to do in battle ship time. Kaylee managed to beat me in this activity as it was her very first time!I taught Kaylee to play battle ship, This was a very tough game to play with Kaylee.
This is what we completed in Kaiapoi's town. We made a road of Kaiapoi with a car and two trees. I completed this activity with Kaylee.
